How long does it take for my coffee to be roasted and shipped?

We roast in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, and you will receive a notification as soon as your beans leave our roastery.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

While we recommend whole beans for the best flavor profile, we can grind your coffee for Espresso, Filter, or Cafetiere. Simply select your preferred grind size on the product page before adding it to your cart.

What is your return policy on food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the packaging is damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our coffee worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
