This coffee comes from 400+ smallholders around Vianí, Cundinamarca, with 70% sourced from Mr. Joseel near Quipile. Cherries are depulped same-day and fermented for 48 hours, bringing out bright, clean flavours. Exported by Racafe, all beans meet their Crecer sustainability standard, supporting environmental, social, and economic practices on these farms.
