Package Your Items
Ensure that equipment or accessories are in their original packaging; for coffee quality issues, please include the roast date and batch number from the bag.
Ship to the Roastery
Send your return package to our Dublin roastery location using a tracked shipping method to ensure it arrives safely for inspection.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once received, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement bag of coffee within 3-5 business days.
